What areas do you serve?
I serve Lancaster City and surrounding communities including Lititz, Ephrata, Mount Joy, Manheim, Elizabethtown, Columbia, Willow Street, Strasburg, Leola, and New Holland. Not sure if you're in my area? Just ask — if you're nearby, I'll do my best to help.
How much does a visit cost?
Fixed-price packages start at $89. The hourly rate is $75/hour with a one-hour minimum. Your first visit assessment is $75, and if you book a package that same day, the $75 is applied toward the package cost. You'll always know the price before we begin — no surprises.
Do I need to bring my devices anywhere?
No — I come to you. All visits are in-home, so your devices stay right where they are. No unplugging, no driving, no hassle.
Can my adult child arrange and pay for a visit?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are arranged and paid for by a son, daughter, or grandchild. I'll keep the family informed and can send a short summary after the visit so they have peace of mind without the drive.
What if you can't fix my problem?
